Design Happy is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Packaging Designer with a strong background in Packaging and POS. You will play a key role in our creative team, using your design skills and strategic thinking to deliver visually impactful solutions for our global clients.
Job Description
• Lead and inspire colleagues, providing mentorship and guidance.• Drive creative ideation, generating original and impactful packaging designs.• Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring designs are cutting-edge.• Demonstrate genuine passion for design, pushing creative boundaries.• Take ownership of project design processes, ensuring creativity aligns with client objectives.• Manage project timelines, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.• Understand the impact of design on consumer perception and behavior.• Confidently articulate design concepts in client presentations.• Translate client brand vision and requirements into compelling design concepts.• Clearly communicate design rationales and ensure alignment with client goals.• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.• Ensure quality assurance throughout the design process.• Contribute to range reviews and maintain brand consistency.• Maintain approved design and communication principles.
Requirement
•5+ years of experience in a similar role.•Strong understanding of packaging design and POS.•Excellent communication and presentation skills.•Experience with global clients and understanding of cultural differences.•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.•Strong typography and typesetting skills.•Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
